Demon Slayer has become a global sensation and a reason for many to step into the anime TV genre, thanks to its unique story-telling and breath-taking visuals. As a result, fans are eager to know Demon Slayer Season 2 release date, trailer, story leaks, or just any piece of information.

Ufotable, the studio behind Demon Slayer, released a sequel movie back in October last year called “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Mugen Train,” which went on to break all records and became Japan’s highest-grossing film of all time.

With only a few days left in the Demon Slayer movie’s global release, the cast and crew have made a surprise Demon Slayer Season 2 announcement in a tweet.

The Entertainment District arc, also known as the Red-Light District arc of Demon Slayer Manga, is the series’s eighth arc. The arc comes after the events of the Demon Slayer movie, which is the seventh arc.

After dealing with the Infinity train, Tanjiro and his two friends — Inosuke, and Zenitsu, go to a red light area in Tokyo along with the Sound Hashira, Tengen. Their goal is to locate the wives of Tengen, who were trying to find out more about the demon spottings in the area before disappearing.

Demon Slayer Arcs

There are a total of ten arcs in the Demon Slayer series. Below is the list of all arcs —

  • Final Selection Arc
  • First Mission Arc
  • Asakusa Arc
  • Drum House Arc
  • Natagumo Mountain Arc
  • Rehabilitation Training Arc
  • Mugen Train Arc
  • Entertainment District Arc
  • Swordsmith Village Arc

Where To Watch Demon Slayer?

If you are listing about Demon Slayer for the first time, you can start watching the anime series on Netflix, Funimation, and Crunchyroll.

We are hoping that season 2 of Demon Slayer will arrive on Netflix for the global audience, like its previous season. However, it may take some time, probably a few months after the Demon Slayer season 2 release in Japan.

Demon Slayer is one of the best Shonen anime. No doubt the Demon Slayer S2 will have a huge viewership like the movie. Are you excited for the next season of Demon Slayer? Let us know in the comments down below!
