Streaming service Plex has added over 80 free live TV channels to its existing catalog. The ad-supported channels come with new shows including news from Reuters and Yahoo Finance, shows for kids, lifestyle channel, sports, gaming, and two new LGBTQ+ channels from Revry.
The free Live TV will be made available to everyone, in all 220+ countries that Plex serves. You just need to signup on Plex to use it for free on Roku, Apple TV, Android, and iOS as well as browsers.
If you use the app, it also supports live TV tuners and music service Tidal. One can stream content as well from an attached hard drive or host computer via the Plex server.
Please note that the free “channels” on these services are different from standard network TV channels available on services such as Sling TV and YouTube TV. The free channels offered by platforms like Plex are generally much less familiar and more limited. But if anyone is looking to save some money on streaming, having more choices in free TV can’t hurt, right?

Some of the popular titles that you probably recognize and can be watched on Plex’s new free live TV are Fubo Sports, Reuters, Toon Goggles, Mav TV or The Bob Ross Channel, etc.
