It has been just a few weeks since the OnePlus 8T was launched and the rumors of the OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro have already started permeating the air around us.
A day after CAD renders of the OnePlus 9 surfaced on the internet, Geekbench has bestowed us with the specifications the upcoming OnePlus smartphones. Spotted by Notebook Check, a smartphone having model number LE2117 with specifications matching to that of OnePlus 9 has appeared on the Geekbench, revealing the possible specifications of the next flagship by OnePlus.
According to the listing, OnePlus 9 is expected to come with Snapdragon 875 with 8GB RAM and will run on Android 11 out of the box. The single-core performance of OnePlus 9 is 1,115, while the multi-core performance is rated at 3,483 points. These scores are slightly lower than the Geekbench scores of OnePlus 9 Pro that appeared on the site yesterday.
However, judging the performance of OnePlus 9 on the basis of these scores would be unfair as these are early scores and the picture could be completely different when the phone will be made official.
The Geekbench listing has also revealed that OnePlus 9 is touted to sport a 5,000mAH battery.
As per the leaked CAD renders of OnePlus 9, we could see the smartphone with triple rear camera setup, a curved back panel, a 120Hz display panel larger than the 6.55-inch screen included in the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8T.
We would recommend our readers to take this information with a pinch of salt as there is still a lot of time before the OnePlus 9 series comes out and the credibility of the currently available information isn’t very promising.
