Netflix, one of the most popular OTT platforms in India is back with another exciting offer for its customers. The platform will soon allow users to temporarily stop their membership for up to 10 months. If users resume their Netflix subscription within 10 months of cancellation, then they will get all their account settings, history, and saved stuff.
But please note that the membership can be ‘paused’ only at the end of their billing month. The pause feature for membership will basically provide the user an option instead of canceling their subscription. The pause option makes it more comfortable for old users to come back on Netflix.
Netflix will introduce more details in the pause subscription feature later. The feature is not available for all the Netflix users as it is in its testing stage so it is available to a limited number of users. The feature will roll out globally after it gets a positive response in the testing stage.
Other Recent Netflix Developments
Recently, Netflix has started testing a brand new Mobile+ Plan that is available at a price of Rs 349. The Mobile+ plan supports Netflix streaming in computer screens including Chromebooks, Macs, and Windows.
In addition to multi-device support, the Mobile+ plan also offers HD streaming. However, users will be unable to stream on two screens at the same time or to watch Netflix on a smart TV. For multiple screens and Smart TV support, you can go for the Netflix Standard plan.
