Turkish Distro Pisi GNU/Linux 2.0 Gets Second Beta, Adds Linux Kernel 4.7.2

The Pisi GNU/Linux development team is happy to announce the availability of the second Beta release of the upcoming Pisi GNU/Linux 2.0 operating system for personal computers and laptops.

It appears that we omitted to right here anything about a first Beta build of Pisi GNU/Linux 2.0, because the last thing we wrote was about an Alpha development milestone back in February 2016. However, development of Pisi GNU/Linux 2.0 started somewhere in September 2015.

And today we have the pleasure of test driving the Beta 2 release, which promises to add many improvements to the Pardus Linux-based operating system, such as the latest Linux 4.7.2 kernel and KDE Plasma 5.7.2 desktop environment, along with KDE Frameworks 5.24.0 and Qt 5.6.0, as well as the brand new LibreOffice 5.2 office suite.
