Linux Kernels 4.9.13 and 4.4.52 LTS Bring Updated USB Drivers, Networking Fixes

Immediately after announcing the release of the first maintenance update to the Linux 4.10 kernel series, renowned kernel maintainer Greg Kroah-Hartman announced the availability of the Linux 4.9.13 and 4.4.52 LTS kernels.

This is a bit unexpected because there's been only three days since the Linux 4.9.12 and 4.4.51 LTS kernels have been released, so you can imagine that the changes implemented in today's Linux kernel 4.9.13, which was finally marked as longterm on kernel.org, and Linux kernel 4.4.52 LTS point are kept a minimum.
