Call Of Duty Might Get New ‘Alcatraz’ Battle Royale Map In Season 11

Call of Duty Mobile Season 11 is going to be massive in terms of content because it marks the first anniversary of the game as well. Interestingly, the developers are now starting to tease some of the upcoming content for Season 11.

As of now, Call of Duty Mobile officially confirmed the Halloween themed Standoff night map for Season 11. However, recently, a leak surfaced on the internet, suggesting that the new ‘Alcatraz’ battle royale map might release in the next update.

Call of Duty Mobile ‘Alcatraz’ BR Map Leaked

Yesterday, Call of Duty Mobile Vietnam released a short video to celebrate the game’s first anniversary. For the most part, the video was a montage of all the existing content in COD Mobile. However, the video also teased the ‘Alcatraz’ BR map and the Standoff Night map for Multiplayer.

For those who don’t know, the Alcatraz map first featured in Black Ops 2 exclusively for the Zombies Mode. Then, a revamped version of the fan-favorite map appeared in Black Ops 4.

Unfortunately, for some reason, COD Mobile Vietnam deleted the video from its official YouTube channel only after a few hours. That’s maybe because teasing the new battle royale map this early wasn’t part of Activision’s plan.

Nevertheless, several COD Mobile YouTubers saved the video and later posted it on their channel, in which you could clearly see the Alcatraz map.

This is not the first time we heard rumors about a new battle royale map in COD Mobile. Before the release of Season 9, some data miners leaked the ‘Alcatraz‘ map design stating that the new map will launch in COD Mobile featuring the Warfare mode.

Also, there are rumors that the next content update would also introduce Night mode for Battle Royale and Multiplayer. So, it might be possible that the Night Mode will be exclusive to the rumored ‘Alcatraz’ BR map.
