Nvidia released a new version of its Vulkan graphics driver for both GNU/Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems adding support for new Vulkan and OpenGL extensions, as well as various performance improvements and bug fixes.
Nvidia 381.10.10 Linux and Nvidia 382.68 Windows Vulkan drivers are now available, and they come improved interoperability with the latest Vulkan API by adding support for the VK_EXT_blend_operation_advanced and VK_NV_framebuffer_mixed_samples extensions.
Suppport for the OpenGL API was improved as well in this release, which comes built-in with the GL_EXT_memory_object, GL_EXT_memory_object_win32, and GL_EXT_semaphore_fd extensions, GL_EXT_semaphore_win32, GL_EXT_memory_object_fd, GL_EXT_semaphore, and GL_EXT_win32_keyed_mutex new extensions.
Additionally, the new Vulkan drivers update the VulkanRT loader to version 1.0.51.0, address various bug and issues that have been reported by users lately or discovered by the Nvidia Vulkan team,... (read more)
