Now that the final release of the Krita 3.0 digital painting software has been released for our personal computers, the time has come for the project's development team to concentrate their efforts on the first point release.
Yes, that's right, we're talking about Krita 3.0.1, which is expected to land in a final, production-ready state on September 5, 2016. Development already started, and it looks like a log of bugs reported by users since the Krita 3.0 release have been smashed, such as some memory leaks with various graphics cards, and crashes with cheap tablets.
